ChanimalCrackers 1 day ago Thank you for your opinions. I play in real life, and I’ve won a few lower level tournaments, but due to work, elevenVR has been more accessible for my schedule. I use long pips no sponge in real life but the more I played in VR, I realized that it’s not the same. My stroke in real life is a much shorter chop block compared to what it has become in VR. I used to have issue going back and forth but now I’m able to adapt with a few minute warm up. The goal of disrupting my opponents rhythm to find attack opportunities is still there. ElevenVR is its own game at this point, and while it is an excellent simulation, it’s basically taken on its own rules and styles now. I’ve never tried to copy Learner’s style and if you watch us both play, we’re actually different players, since I use an adapter and he doesn’t. I’ve only ever tried to come up with an original style of play. I firmly believe that a trait good table tennis players share in both VR and IRL is that of adaptation, being able to take in their circumstances and change their game to best fit whatever the opponent throws at them and overcome it. Even if it’s temu learner.

tryptaminator > 1 year ago thank you my friend for you re response! i am glad to hear that my serve is not unfair, but of course you are right. i am playing quite good tennis, but definitely not table tennis. i guess not only my serve , also my goofy arcade tennis style forehand wouldnt land very often on the table..of course first i am playing for fun, but i would wonder ,if after 3 month 11vr, i would play a little bit better table tennis or if i would hit more balls too long... hope have the chance to play with you again
