Description

Played at a high level in my teens, recreationally as an adult but haven't played IRL since 2006. I currently play on Eleven VR TT for fun and to return to my previous level of IRL skill, if possible. I'm also a senior Strength and Conditioning Coach and use VR for my clients and myself. I use Eleven TT to maintain my own cardio and low body fat level of 8%. See some of my results on my Instagram account @byoungcoach. I'm also here to help coach other players who are VERY keen to improve their game by improving their athletic fitness, strength and power. Message my on my FB or IG account if you want to know more!
