Description

Played at a high level in my teens, recreationally as an adult but haven't played IRL since 2006. I currently play on Eleven VR TT for fun and to return to my previous level of IRL skill, if possible. I'm also a senior Strength and Conditioning Coach and use VR for my clients and myself. I use Eleven TT to maintain my own cardio and low body fat level of 8%. See some of my results on my Instagram account @byoungcoach.
